Biography

Hello, I'm an English learner and a seasoned educator with three decades of teaching experience. I currently serve as the Title I Coordinator at Sierra Vista, dedicated to serving all students, and ensuring equitable access to quality education. I hold a degree from U.C. Berkeley, and my personal interests include knitting, reading, and sharing my house with my family and two cats, Pepita and Chancho.

As an English learner myself, I bring a unique perspective to the educational landscape, understanding the challenges and rewards of language acquisition. I am dedicated to helping all students, regardless of their language background, realize their full potential. I look forward to continuing my service to the Sierra Vista students, staff, and community.
